Villa Angel - new Lovina town villa close to beach

Villa Angel Lovina is located in the Lovina village of Kaliasem, about 500 meters from the main road to the North Bali coast and only a short distance from the center of Lovina with its hotels, tourist restaurants, beach club, local market, Pepito Grocery and numerous shops with all kinds of goods you can imagine.

The almost brand new villa offers on 2 levels 4 beautifully designed bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. The villa has a private swimming pool, a spacious living and dining area and a large sofa set with TV providing intl. channels.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a outdoor kitchenette in the pool bar, it’s an ideal setting for enjoying meals together with your accompanies. A lush tropical garden in the front yard provides a serene atmosphere and a garage free parking space for scooters or a car.

The famous black sand Lovina Beach with its newly built promenade, restaurants and souvenir shops is also nearby. North Bali has many natural attractions including temples, a national park to the west, waterfalls, beaches, coral reefs and mountains.

North Bali also has world famous snorkeling and diving sites in the east such as Tulamben and Amed.

It’s a great destination for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and of course those who want to experience true traditional Balinese lifestyle and culture.

Villa Angel Outlay

On the ground floor of Villa Angel you will find a large open plan kitchen/dining area, living room with flat screen TV and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Sliding glass doors lead to the pool sundeck with sun loungers and the pool bar building which has a spacious balcony with views and seating. The pool bar is equipped with a small kitchenette and fridge for cold drinks.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom (king size bed 200 x 200) with its own en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower unit. One bedroom has a king size bed (200 x 180) and the other has 2 single beds (200 x 120).

From the hallway on the first floor, French doors lead out onto a balcony with a table, chairs and sunshade.

Basic Rental Rates:
Low Season (6.1.-30.6. & 15.9.-15.12.)
1.200.000 IDR (72 US$) per night for up to 2 persons – each additional person 250.000 IDR (15 US$)

High Season (1.7.-31.8. & 16.12-5.1.)
1.500.000 IDR (90 US$) per night for up to 2 persons – each additional person 250.000 IDR (15 US$)

Please note: A one time guest registration fee of 50.000 IDR to the local village authorities (including a passport copy) applies for each guest after check-in.
