Villa Bayu, is located about 2 km from the centrum of Lovina.
Villa Bayu has 2 bedrooms each with a en-suite bathroom,
a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa to relax, TV and a dinner table for 6 persons.
 
Outside there is a large terrace with a sofa lounger and a outdoor dining table to enjoying your daily breakfast, lunch or dinner with a great view and the great atmosphere of our pool area and tropical garden.
The 5 x 12 meter rectangle shaped swimming pool is  located directly in front of the villa terrace.
 
On the back side of the property is a fish pond , with some beautiful koi fishes.
Villa Bayu is also host for a very friendly local dog named “Snoopy”, who loves to see guests around and is taking great pride to guard the property. Our staff is taking care for his daily needs.
 
The Villa is built on a 1200 m² level land plot and provides approx. 240 m² of living size. The big living area offers approx. 60 m²  of space and all bedrooms are fitted with 2PK air condition units.

Villa Bayu is equipped with a TV (international channels via dish antenna) and FREE WIFI Internet on the property areal.

An indoor and a semi equipped outdoor kitchen are available in the villa; on request our staff will cook your meals in the outdoor to avoid cooking/kitchen smell in the main house.

The housemaid of Villa Bayu is working 6 days a week and is responsible for keeping the house and rooms clean, but will also cook meals for our guests if requested.

The gardener is keeping the pool clean and takes also good care of the beautiful tropical garden.

At night times “Snoopy” and a security guard are in charge to make you feel save.

The Brongbong fishermen have their boats close by on the beach; when you get up early you can see them in their traditional fishing boats with floats.

Often on Sunday afternoons around 4 pm, families of Dessa Brongbong and their children drop onto the beach for their weekly swim and bath.

It is a beautiful spectacle from the balcony or a good opportunity to start a conversation with the talkative Balinese.

Our staff greatly appreciates it if you store your belongings in the designated cupboards, so that cleaning can be easier.

The Belvedere has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an additional guest toilet. The master-bedroom is on the ground floor in the main Villa, with a en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing closet.

The second floor from the main villa consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom & toilet. This 2 bedrooms are connected to the large balcony with great ocean view.

Bedroom 4 and 5 have also their own bathroom , they are located in separate buildings, 1 is on top of the staff house, and 1 is on top of the garage . This last 2 bedrooms can be used if the villa is rented to more than 6 people .

Both bedrooms has a balcony , and it is built from wood .

This beautiful home has a big living lounge with a comfortable sofa & TV, a  fully equipped kitchen , a large and spacious terrace of 70 m², with a large dining table and a lounge set.

The Pool size is 12 x 6 meter, and the pool deck has 4 comfortable sunbeds, parasols ,with an additional lounge set. At the beach side there is a Bale Bengong ( gazebo) for relaxing and watching the daily spectacular North Bali sunsets. The villa has also a small gym , with some new equipment ( renewed in 2022) , so if you want to do some exercise during your holiday it is possible in Villa Belvedere

North Bali beachfront VillaIf you wish, the  staff will prepare daily your breakfast/ lunch and/or dinner. We have 1 housemaid who is responsible for the daily cleaning of the main villa .

With an occupation from 4 or more people we will ask an extra staff to help her.

Also we  have 2 gardeners who taking care for the garden , and are also in charge to maintain the pool. At night times there is a security guard with a dog patrolling the property ground.

Don’t worry it is a very friendly dog , on the day time he will be not in the villa, he will come later in the afternoon , The staff will give him some food . If you pet him and he like , he will come to the terrace to have a look , sometimes he will have a nap in the living .

Getting around

best way to travel in Lovina , is by motorbike, you can rent them everywhere, also the staff can arrange it. We will ask a company from Lovina , to arrange a motorbike for you , our experience with them is ok . If you not feel comfortable with that, we have also a driver which we can call for you.  He is living closely so easy to ask him . Also a pick up in the airport is possible to arrange for you. Price for pick up at the airport  is about 750.000 rp . In the villa there is some documentation for tours . We also can send you a file by email with the high lights from North Bali .

Villa Surgawi is built on 10 are beachfront land, with a living size of approx. 140 m², (terrace is about 30 m2, pool size 12 x 6 meter, bedrooms are 4 x 4 meter and the bathroom are 2 x 4 meter) . The Villa offers free wifi-internet and TV . Our guests have access to every room inside the villa.

On the plot are some rooms closed for guests like pump rooms, and storage places. We have a guest house on the ground available for 2 additional guests on special request. If you need some help during your stay in the villa, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff. Our staff will be glad to assist you to arrange sightseeing tours and much more.

For more complicated problems, the villa owner is available and lives close by in Lovina. The villa is located in Dencarik, this is about 7 km west of Lovina and within walking distance there is a new Beach Club ( La Costa ), which is open daily and serves lunch and dinner with a spectacular ocean view and spectacular sunsets in the late afternoon.

On the other side from the street you have  2 more restaurants – Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant & Baturiti Restaurant.

On the main street you can take a local Bemo, (public transport ). Taxis are not available in the North of Bali. But we also can assist / organize to rent a motorbike (scooter) or car on request (with or without driver).

Our staff is working few hours only in the morning time.   Our housemaid of the villa can make your breakfast and will cleaning the villa. The rest off the day, you can enjoy your privacy.

The villa is close enough to centrum, so easy to go out for lunch or dinner. Also possible of course to cook by your self. Or we have also a delivery service …lets make it easy… Some restaurants and warnings doing delivery , maybe if you interesting in it , install the app from Gojek or Grab on your phone . Even they will bring it from Singaraja area.

Traffic can be busy sometimes . Lovina is famous about his dolphins of course, but there is a lot more to see and to do . From watersport, diving , snorkeling ,  till visit some nice temples, waterfalls maybe some tracking in the rice fields and have a lunch with the local people …

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – You will find on some places here still the authentic Bali , it is not over crowed like in the south from Bali, or in Ubud .

Enjoy the view over the green fields with the Bali sea in the background. It is a modern villa with some Balinese influences here and there.

North Bali Lovina Villa CostaOn the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water. You will also find a large living room, with a big sofa , a dinner table  and a big TV,  with an adjoining large and open fully equipped western style kitchen. All bedrooms have airco’s

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with a balcony located. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you will have a nice view over the green field and on the back ground the Bali Sea .

The property has several TVs, each with its own DVD player located in several bedrooms and the living area.

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – The pool size is 8 x 4 meters – with various sun beds on the pool deck. At the backside of the garden is a small covered bar with a dining area and a BBQ grill. Nice to prepare your dinner outside, while the children enjoying the pool , enjoy the “outside living ” , the temperature will be always nice , even in the rain season it will be warm enough.

Outside you will find  2 gazebos, a spacious parking space for 2 or 3 cars and at the rear end of the kitchen a laundry room with the washing machine.

North Bali Lovina Villa CostaThere is a possibility to Rent Villa Costa including staff. Normally, it will be cleaned 2 or 3 times a week, but the cleaning schedule can be negotiated for privacy reasons if requested.

But also possible to have full time staff , so they can keep the villa clean , and cook for you if you like it . But you can also cook by yourself of course, or vist 1 off the local warnings or restaurants . On walk distance you will find a few restaurants direct on the beach

The gardener is coming 3 times a week to maintain the pool and garden.

The Bali Sea Villa Bidadari has land size 1585 m² and a living size of 200 m²

Villa Bidadari has three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. You will notice that the interior of bedrooms and bathrooms are done with style and good taste. The master bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. Every bedroom is equipped with a quality brand air-conditioner.

The indoor living is kept spacious and you find comfortable chairs and from there you can enter the covered veranda easily through the wide open sliding doors. The kitchen is one of a kind with lots of drawers, cupboards, oven, a hood and black granite worktops; you can call this a fully equipped western kitchen indeed!

The large swimming pool is inviting you to swim and you can just gently walk in the pool using the natural stone walk in stairs.

Right at the beachfront is a Gazebo with nice cushions, you can take a nap here in all privacy, wake up and still find yourself in a dream. When the night falls, just imagine how the sunset will be here.

In combination with the tasteful decoration, interior, lush green tropical garden, swimming pools, Villa Bidadari is in an excellent shape of quality with a large open seafront for a undisturbed view over the Bali Sea.
