It provides 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is an “open bedroom “ with en-suite and “open bathroom” . It is not open air , but both has no doors and no ceilings. So a direct view to the thatched roof construction.

In the master bedroom is no aircondition available – but the other smaller bedroom is fitted with a aircon. The 2 bedrooms are sharing together 1 bathroom. Also there is an extra toilet and laundry space .

This villa is suitable for 2 persons, or for a small family with max 2 kids.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave.

Directly in front of the large terrace and spacious outdoor lounge, you can enter via user friendly steps the 6 x 3 meter rectangle shaped private pool of Villa Ramah Tamah.

In the center of Villa Ramah Tamah’s land plot runs a small river – on 1 side is the villa with the big garden and pool located and on the other side there is a Gym provided.

From here you may have a stroll through the garden and will reach a gazebo with a lounge set providing a breathtaking view over the beach towards the Bali Sea – this is truly a wonderful place to chill and relax.

The rental rate includes also the staff of the villa , The housemaid takes care of cleaning and cooking on request. For cooking service guest have to pay only for the groceries.

The gardener will care of pool maintenance and the garden work.

Meet the friendly staff

The staff of Villa Banjar Beach is present 6 days a week and the security 7 days a week. They maintain the villa, the garden and if you wish, they can also cook, wash, iron and do small grocery shopping. You can choose what delicious local and western dishes you would like. In short, you will be completely pampered! Tip, ask the staff if you can join them to the local market! Of course you can also choose to cook yourself, all equipment and inventory is in the house.

In addition, we are affiliated to an international helpdesk that helps you with all your questions. You can contact them to rent a car or scooter, to plan trips or to make an appointment for a massage at home. There is also an information folder in the house with all the sights and activities.

The location of the Villa

The private villa is located on a 10-minute drive from Lovina Beach, the most famous seaside town in the north of Bali. Lovina is a wonderful destination for a beach holiday during your Bali holiday. It is also a fantastic base to discover the north of Bali. The glistening black sand with traditional fishing boats make Lovina beach very special.

The cuirrent rental rates of Villa Banjar Beach include (a.o.) staff service (housekeeping, gardener and security), tourist tax (10%), WIFI, (final) cleaning, several cooled drinks, cooled drinking water, gas, linen and (bath- )towels.

We offer a free welcome package (dinner on the first night and breakfast in the first morning) for bookings longer than 7 days (1 week).

Reservations, payments and practical information

We offer free cancellations up until 4 weeks before arrival, with a full refund of all your payments under this booking. If you want to cancel or change the dates of your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to rent the villa to other guests. Additionally, if there are Covid-19 travel restrictions, we will less strict with this deadline. We also advise you make use of a travel and cancellation insurance.

If you are interested in booking with us, it is possible to get an option on the villa. After agreement, we kindly request a deposit of 40% of the total rent within 2 weeks. After the first payment, the booking is final and we ask you to pay the remaining amount (+ the deposit of € 150) at least 1 month before arrival. You will receive the deposit back within 2 weeks after departure from the villa.

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – The pool size is 8 x 4 meters – with various sun beds on the pool deck. At the backside of the garden is a small covered bar with a dining area and a BBQ grill. Nice to prepare your dinner outside, while the children enjoying the pool , enjoy the “outside living ” , the temperature will be always nice , even in the rain season it will be warm enough.

Outside you will find 2 gazebos, a spacious parking space for 2 or 3 cars and at the rear end of the kitchen a laundry room with the washing machine.

There is a possibility to Rent Villa Costa including staff. Normally, it will be cleaned 2 or 3 times a week, but the cleaning schedule can be negotiated for privacy reasons if requested.

But also possible to have full time staff , so they can keep the villa clean , and cook for you if you like it . But you can also cook by yourself of course, or vist 1 off the local warnings or restaurants . On walk distance you will find a few restaurants direct on the beach

The villa has an experienced staff. The staff works 7 hours a day from Monday to Saturday and takes care of the household, maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.
If desired, the staff can arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course you can also cook yourself or go out for dinner in the area.
If you want the staff to cook for you, this service is included, you only pay the groceries and a small fee for petrol. A tip at the end of the stay is of course appreciated by them.
We are happy to arrange transportation, scooters, massage, dolphin tours and day trips for you.
We can arrange an airport transfer for you, either to the villa or back to the airport or your next destination in Bali.

Beach, sea and dolphins
The beach consists of dark lava sand . The area around Lovina is known for its dolphins, of course we can arrange a trip to join a local fisherman in his boat early in the morning to spot dolphins.

North Bali Seafront Villa – Surroundings
The villa is located among rice fields and vineyards in Lokapaksa, a few minutes from Seririt where you can also do your shopping. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity, which are also happy to pick you up if you want to have lunch or dinner there. Lovina is about a 20 minute drive, on the way there you will find many restaurants, a water park and a Krisna amusement park. In Lovina you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and spas.

The property Villa has his own parking area including a garage which is currently used as a storage for the private goods of the owner.

3 times a week the garden men will come to the villa, to maintain the swimming pool and the garden.

The villa’s housemaid is on duty 6 days a week. She will keep the villa clean, but she also can prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner for you on request .

This Cozy complex is located outside the centrum from Lovina ( about 2 km ) . It was built in 2022. This complex is divided in 2 parts , but can also be used together for max. 8 people

On the back side you will find a small villa with 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom. Air-condition in the bedroom and the bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water. In the middle, between the 2 bedrooms, there is a kitchen with a dinner table on the terrace . Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator , water dispenser , hob. etc etc .

Outside you will find the swimming pool ( 2,5 x 7 mtr ) with some sun-beds and a parasol on the pool deck . In the gazebo ( 2 x 2 mtr) or in the lounge sofa you can settle yourself , and enjoying the relaxing life on Bali . This part is for daily rent , price is 1.000.000 IDR ( max 4 person ) . Breakfast is in the price included . Also possible to rent this in combination with the other part . Then it is available for max 8 pers .

On the first part there are 2 separate guest rooms, each with their own bedroom / bathroom . Also this part is for daily rent . Bedroom has air-condition, and bathrooms hot and cold water. This part is separate from the “villa part” so here you have not access to the pool . So you renting it without pool .

But in combination with the villa ( max 8 person ) , then of course possible to use the pool . Price for this guest rooms is Rp 350.000 per night , also included breakfast ( max 2 pers per room )

On the street side, there is a parking area , a small carport for motorbikes , a kitchen ( what is used to make your breakfast) , Free Wifi and Satellite TV available .
