This villa is hidden in a natural environment. The beach and ocean are within walking distance. Location of Villa Petite Leon is the village Kalisade , approx. 7 km from Seririt and 20 km West of Lovina.

It is a combination of the authentic Joglo style and the modern. The kitchen, master bedroom and living room were installed last year and everything is finished this year (2022).

The villa has a modern kitchen and is fully equipped. On top of the kitchen there is a terrace , which you can use as a sun terrace or as a yoga place.

The large living area is completely open and equipped with sofas and a dining table. At the poolside you will find some sun-beds/umbrellas, so this is the place to relax. Pool size is 8 x 4 mtr

the master bedroom ( 8 x 8 mtr ) has a large double bed, next to it there is a smaller double bed which you can use for any children who travel with you, so ideal as a family room.

The bathroom has a shower, but also a bathtub, and some big wardrobes.

The second Joglo building is smaller( 6 x 4 mtr ) , it has a double bed, and a bathroom en-suite. the shower is “openair ”

You are renting the villa inclusive staff: gardener will take care for the pool and maintain the garden .

The girl inside the villa will keep clean the villa, but you also can ask her to prepare your meals .

Also the staff can help to organize some trips for you , and explain more about Bali. Electric, water & Wi-Fi internet included in rental rate.

“Studio Lumbung” is located approx. 600 meter from the center of Lovina / North Bali in a beautiful 50 are large garden property accessible directly from Lovina’s main road through a 200 meter natural track through rice filed accessible with car or motor bike.

Studio Lumbung is a quiet place, surrounded by lots off green and trees providing shade all day long.

Studio Lumbung is in walking distance (approx. 500 meter) of Lovina’s famous black sandy beach, mini markets, bars, restaurants and to the big supermarket (Pepito).

Lovina is the perfect place to start explore North Bali, maybe together with our manager if you wish. He can provide a car for exploration or sightseeing tours and also a boat for a early morning dolphin watching tour in the ocean.

Lovina Apartment Rental – The 1 bedroom Studio Lumbung is also a preferred place for long term stay guests. The entire property consists of separate 3 houses – each house has 4 studios/apartments on 2 levels – 2 studio’s on the ground floor and 2 Studio’s on the upper floor.

Each studio has it’s own kitchen , bathroom with hot and cold water, air condition unit, refrigerator and a 2 burner gas stove.

The Studio’s living size is approx. 40 m², excluding terrace or balcony with additional approx. 12 m². Free Wifi around the entire property (Indihome) is provided.

6 apartments are located on the second floor and 6 on the ground floor in all 3 Studio buildings.

The entire studio estate has one sharing swimming pool ( 10 x 6meter ) for it’s studio guests with a sundeck and sun loungers. The big parking space for bikes and cars is partly covered.

In the main Villa you will find 2 bedrooms . kitchen , living area, big terrace and a guest toilet . The bedrooms has their own bathroom . One of the bathrooms has a shower outside , so you can enjoy the starry sky while showering. The bedroom has a balcony on 2 sides . On the terrace is a big dinner table , where you can enjoy your breakfast , lunch and dinner.

The other bedroom is on the lower level . This is the same level as the swimming pool . This bedroom has a small terrace, from where you can walk direct in to the garden.

The other building has also 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom , between this 2 bedroom is a open space for yoga or for massage , also this building has a big terrace

In Bali it is customary to have staff and Bali Paradise Villa is no exception with staff who know how to be unobtrusive in order to give you full privacy. All staff members speak reasonable English and are present 6 days a week to serve you.

They provide the food, keep the house tidy and clean, do the laundry and ironing. The house is kept daily clean during your stay and also after your departure, so both you and the next visitor will find the house in pristine condition and if you indicate that you would like something to eat, they will be happy to prepare it for you.

The first day we have arranged food for you and you can get groceries in Lovina or have that taken care of for you for the rest of your stay.

Komang and Rani have knowledge of Balinese cooking and can prepare a delicious meal for you but we also have an extensive menu in our Villa from which you can choose.

Lovina Leisure Home – Because it is custom in Indonesia to have a security, Ella works from 19.30 hrs to 07.00 hrs in the morning.

He is unobtrusive on our site and, if desired, Ella can babysit your child/children every now and then if you want to go out for dinner with adults or do something else.

Experience has taught us that children, especially around the age of 8-15 years, enjoy chatting with Ella, playing games and exchanging some English/Indonesian words so you can go out and feel at ease that your children are in good hands.

During your stay you can go to Rani for information, who will gladly help you with any questions regarding trips, massages, scooters or bike rentals etcetera. She arranges drivers and trips to see the dolphins as well as taking care of registration with the tourist police. In case of illness, she can call a GP or dentist.

On request, Nur will come to our villa to provide a fine and extensive massage. She has a lot of experience and will treat you for over an hour. The costs are approximately €8.00.
