Villa Kapal is a 2 storey hillside villa with ocean view located approximately 1 km uphill of Lovina / Kaliasem.

This 2015 built property is settled on 4 are level hillside land with a breathtaking sea view and has a building size of approx. 125 m².

The property comes is fully furnished with a large rectangle swimming pool on two sides of the building (see gallery images).

The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor with terrace, while 2 more guest bedrooms with balconies are available on the second floor. All bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

1 kitchenette and 1 living/dining area is provided on the first floor. A secondary tower building for electric devices and storage is built on the northern tip of the property.

Walled-in and gated, this property is available for rent short and long term (max. 1 month) depending on availability.

House maid and cleaning service is available 2 times a week – staff working hours are 8 hours per day. On check-in the electric meter is uploaded with 500.000 IDR (approx. 10 days with 2 guest occupancy).

Additional electric consumption has to be paid (the electric power unit can be uploaded by our management on request) by current occupying guests.

Pool service and cleaning will be provided twice a week un d supervision of our manager Kadek Monic who also will be glad to arrange shopping, sightseeing or airport transfer trips for our guests.

Free WiFi installation with average speed is available on the property premise – but the installment is not suitable for professional/business internet users who require high speed internet!

NO breakfast is provided in the rental fee – but cooking is available for extra charge, depending on negotiation with the Villa Manager Kadek Monic.

Airport Transfers, Sightseeing Tours, Shopping, Motorbikes (Scooter) and car rental (with or without driver) can be arranged by our manager too.
