The place is located within walking distance of the famous Lovina Beach (600 meters) or a 2 minute drive along numerous restaurants, bars, local food Warungs and shops.

Also only a 5 minute car drive to the Pepito supermarket. It is nice place to use it as a base to explore North Bali , or just for relax . Best way to explore the area is tase a motorbike, but if you are not familiar with it , better hire a driver with a car .

Traffic can be busy sometimes . Lovina is famous about his dolphins of course, but there is a lot more to see and to do . From watersport, diving , snorkeling ,  till visit some nice temples, waterfalls maybe some tracking in the rice fields and have a lunch with the local people …

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – You will find on some places here still the authentic Bali , it is not over crowed like in the south from Bali, or in Ubud .

Enjoy the view over the green fields with the Bali sea in the background. It is a modern villa with some Balinese influences here and there.

You will also find a large living room, with a big sofa , a dinner table  and a big TV,  with an adjoining large and open fully equipped western style kitchen. All bedrooms have airco’s

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with a balcony located. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you will have a nice view over the green field and on the back ground the Bali Sea .

The property has several TVs, each with its own DVD player located in several bedrooms and the living area.

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – The pool size is 8 x 4 meters – with various sun beds on the pool deck. At the backside of the garden is a small covered bar with a dining area and a BBQ grill. Nice to prepare your dinner outside, while the children enjoying the pool , enjoy the “outside living ” , the temperature will be always nice , even in the rain season it will be warm enough.

Outside you will find  2 gazebos, a spacious parking space for 2 or 3 cars and at the rear end of the kitchen a laundry room with the washing machine.

North Bali Lovina Villa CostaThere is a possibility to Rent Villa Costa including staff. Normally, it will be cleaned 2 or 3 times a week, but the cleaning schedule can be negotiated for privacy reasons if requested.

But also possible to have full time staff , so they can keep the villa clean , and cook for you if you like it . But you can also cook by yourself of course, or vist 1 off the local warnings or restaurants . On walk distance you will find a few restaurants direct on the beach

The gardener is coming 3 times a week to maintain the pool and garden.

The kitchen is one of a kind with lots of drawers, cupboards, oven, a hood and black granite worktops; you can call this a fully equipped western kitchen indeed!

North Bali Seafront Villa – Services

  • The villa has an experienced staff. The staff works 7 hours a day from Monday to Saturday and takes care of the household, maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.
  • If desired, the staff can arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course you can also cook yourself or go out for dinner in the area.
  • If you want the staff to cook for you, this service is included, you only pay the groceries and a small fee for petrol. A tip at the end of the stay is of course appreciated by them.
  • We are happy to arrange transportation, scooters, massage, dolphin tours and day trips for you.
  • We can arrange an airport transfer for you, either to the villa or back to the airport or your next destination in Bali.

Beach, sea and dolphins
The beach consists of dark lava sand . The area around Lovina is known for its dolphins, of course we can arrange a trip to join a local fisherman in his boat early in the morning to spot dolphins.

North Bali Seafront Villa – Surroundings 
The villa is located among rice fields and vineyards in Lokapaksa, a few minutes from Seririt where you can also do your shopping. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity, which are also happy to pick you up if you want to have lunch or dinner there. Lovina is about a 20 minute drive, on the way there you will find many restaurants, a water park and a Krisna amusement park. In Lovina you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and spas.

Bali Lovina Sea View VillaNestled in tropical greenery, the newly built Balinese-style property offers with modern facilities and professional staff exclusive service just for you.

The property consists of a main house and 1 building with two bedrooms rooms and a separate house for our staff.

In the main Villa you will find 2 bedrooms . kitchen , living area, big terrace and a guest toilet . The bedrooms has their own bathroom .  One of the bathrooms has a shower outside , so you can enjoy the starry sky while showering.  The bedroom has a balcony on 2 sides . On the terrace is a big dinner table , where you can enjoy your breakfast , lunch and dinner.

The other bedroom is on the lower level . This is the same level as the swimming pool . This bedroom has a small terrace, from where you can walk direct in to the garden.

The other building has also 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom , between this 2 bedroom is a open space for yoga or for massage , also this building has a big terrace

For our property we have chosen the quiet and tranquil natural North of Bali, where you will find typical Balinese villages and landscapes.

Cahaya is situated near Selat on the hillside between Lovina and the former capital Singaraja. Distance to Lovina is about 7 km and to Singaraja about 11 km .
