Villa Ramah Tamah is a small cozy Bali oceanfront Villa with thatched roof located seaside at Lokapaksa ( North Bali ). The house is hidden in a lush tropical garden and built on a plot from 10 are .

It provides 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is an “open bedroom “ with en-suite and “open bathroom” . It is not open air , but both has no doors and no ceilings. So a direct view to the thatched roof construction.

In the master bedroom is no aircondition available – but the other smaller bedroom is fitted with a aircon. The 2 bedrooms are sharing together 1 bathroom. Also there is an extra toilet and laundry space .

This villa is suitable for 2 persons, or for a small family with max 2 kids.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave.

Directly in front of the large terrace and spacious outdoor lounge, you can enter via user friendly steps the 6 x 3 meter rectangle shaped private pool of Villa Ramah Tamah.

In the center of Villa Ramah Tamah’s land plot runs a small river – on 1 side is the villa with the big garden and pool located and on the other side there is a Gym provided.

From here you may have a stroll through the garden and will reach a gazebo with a lounge set providing a breathtaking view over the beach towards the Bali Sea – this is truly a wonderful place to chill and relax.

The rental rate includes also the staff of the villa , The housemaid takes care of cleaning and cooking on request. For cooking service guest have to pay only for the groceries.

The gardener will care of pool maintenance and the garden work.

The villa provides free internet.

Please note: In the villa are 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats as pets, the staff will take of them.stroll

Stunning! The Villa is full of the most amazing artworks, the garden has to be seen to be believed, even better in real life!! It was nice to have the company of the pets, the two cats - Percy & the cuddle loving Grand Old Dame Mowgli - the gorgeous, (talkative!) free spirit Moeki and Barak, give him a minute, he will befriend you, he seems to carry some sadness but has a heart of pure gold and he stole a piece of mine!! He LOVES being let out for a run on the beach in the morning, sometimes Moeki will join you too! I just wish they liked baths!!! 🤭 The staff are incredible, Agung is not only a gardener, he is an artist, what a jewel! Kadek will make you feel like extended family immediately, she is an absolute angel, and you will love her delicious meals!! Thank you to them both for making our stay so extra special. Willem the manager reached out early to ensure our arrival was super smooth, much appreciated - great team, special place, sampai jumpa lagi!! 💕

the house is in the quiet part of Lovina but is really a hidden gem! Kadek and Putu arrange all the groceries and cook delicious for you. I've been working here for a few weeks and then that's wonderful! Definitely use, what a luxury and what a pleasure! Agunk is a great gardener. incredibly nice and a jewel of a garden! And then there are 2 very sweet quiet dogs and 2 cats of which 1 cat is very happy to lie with you. Nice company! I miss everyone now and I'm definitely coming back here! Highly recommended on all fronts!

Villa Pondok Ramah Tamah is a true paradise! Beautifully maintained with spacious garden with a diversity of palm trees, shrubs and lots of flowers & birds. There are several seating areas everywhere to relax, read a book or sunbathe after a dip in the swimming pool. Kadek's service for the meals and the help to arrange extras is fantastic! From a massage treatment, to scooter reservation to etc etc. Discover the beautiful north with taxi driver; snorkeling tour, temples, coffee plantation, waterfall… We enjoyed it immensely and this pearl is recommended ( don't tell too much😉). We'd definitely like to come back. Thank you also to the host Willem for the good, timely and careful communication!

We had a wonderful three weeks at this amazing villa where everything was perfect. The welcome of our arrival immersed us in kindness and we immediately felt at home. The staff is adorable and we enjoyed enjoying the breakfasts and evening meals prepared with nice intentions. The company of the animals was also very pleasant and we liked to walk with them on the beach at the end of the garden. The environment is perfect to appreciate the calm of this magical place and discover the area full of treasures ( temples, waterfalls, beaches...). Finally, the advice given to us was complete and accurate and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. We had to come back…

Our stay at Villa Pondok was incredible. The space and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Kadek, Putu and Agun, the staff for the property, went above and beyond anything we inquired about. Kadek and Putu are AMAZING chefs and we had beautiful Balinese food prepared for us by them, we have yet to find such delicious food again. Agun keeps the property lush and well cared for. There are 2 cats and 2 dogs that became close to us and are very calm, quiet and lovely. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Bali in the near future!

Villa Pondok is a really special place - so peaceful and relaxed. The house is imaginatively decorated and full of artisan pieces, with comfortable places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The garden is stunning and well maintained. The highlights are Kadek and Putu who manage the property. They are absolutely wonderful - they keep the house tidy and spotlessly clean, while helping to arrange any outings, drivers or massages, and cooking delicious meals. Fantastic service - we were so well looked after. Amazing stay and very highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Villa Pondok. As we got in and were greeted by the staff we felt right at home. The place is stunning, originally built as a home for the owner - it’s comfortable and well equipped even for long stays. Private swimming pool is fantastic and the lush, well maintained garden is full of flowers, with lovely views, different nooks and crannies with sofas etc. One of the paths takes you to an elegant elevated and shaded patio directly on the beachfront. The greatest about Villa Pondok is the staff. Kadek and Agu felt like family and we will miss them. Everything run smoothly, all our needs were met instantly and the food was delicious. They loved our 11month son, and he loved them. They even put up a bamboo pole in the garden to help him with first steps. Cot and high chair were provided. The dogs are obedient and gentle, they love being around people but will not bother you if you don’t want to (but will easily befriend you). We recommend the villa, what a gem!

North Bali Villa for rent – Villa Surgawi

Beautiful “beachfront villa” located in the village Dencarik, just 7 km west of Lovina – North Bali. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with AC, and 2 en-suite bathrooms, a swimming pool of 12 x 6 meter and a bale bengong for relaxing.

Housemaid and cook is available! The staff is included in the rental rate and offer its services for breakfast, lunch and dinner without extra charge. Also our housemaid will do the shopping for your special needs on request.

Villa Surgawi is built on 10 are beachfront land, with a living size of approx. 140 m², (terrace is about 30 m2, pool size 12 x 6 meter, bedrooms are 4 x 4 meter and the bathroom are 2 x 4 meter) . The Villa offers free wifi-internet and TV . Our guests have access to every room inside the villa.

On the plot are some rooms closed for guests like pump rooms, and storage places. We have a guest house on the ground available for 2 additional guests on special request. If you need some help during your stay in the villa, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff. Our staff will be glad to assist you to arrange sightseeing tours and much more.

For more complicated problems, the villa owner is available and lives close by in Lovina. The villa is located in Dencarik, this is about 7 km west of Lovina and within walking distance there is a new Beach Club ( La Costa ), which is open daily and serves lunch and dinner with a spectacular ocean view and spectacular sunsets in the late afternoon.

And just next door of the Beach Club offers a wide range of water sport activities (jet ski, banana boat etc.). Also next door from La Costa Beach Club there is a local restaurant ( Subak ) which offers fresh grilled fish / seafood and some selected local dishes.

Close by there is “Krisna oleh oleh” the first stop in North Bali to find all kinds of special local souvenirs.

On the other side from the street you have 2 more restaurants – Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant & Baturiti Restaurant.

On the main street you can take a local Bemo, (public transport ). Taxis are not available in the North of Bali. But we also can assist / organize to rent a motorbike (scooter) or car on request (with or without driver).

The villa is located in Dencarik , it is about 7 km from Lovina, but on walk distance we have a new beach club ( La Costa ) , where you can go for your dinner or lunch.

Also the possibility to do watersport at LaCosta Beach Club. Next door from La Costa there is a local restaurant ( Subak ) with fesh grilled fish and other seafood – definitely worth trying it.

Close by is also “Krisna oleh oleh” – all famous and large Bali souvenir shop. On the backyard of Krisna are sevaral small restaurants offering local style food. At Lovina’s main street are frequently so called bemo’s , ( blue small public transport ) driving by and will stop at your hand signal. We had the most relaxing time at Willem’s Villa, meals were cooked & even had some prepared for the days Katut the cook was off.
The villa presents as good as the pictures, it extremely relaxing sitting in the bali hut by the pool listening to the waves rolling onto the beach, we spent most of our days on the day bed just unwinding.
Wifi works out there as well and it has power point which was handy.
The driver they organised for us would drop us off in Lovina & come back & picked us up at a set location & time, he was never late & charged us $200k total each time.
If you need to unwind & relax this is the place.

We had an amazing stay at Willem’s place. It felt very homey and looked even better in person than in the pictures. Willem communicated well and helped us with all our requests. The gardener took care of the outside of the villa throughout the day so the garden and the pool looked perfect at all time. Having Ketut available to cook our meals was such a big plus. She took care of the groceries for us and would cook us amazing local meals or anything else we wanted, we will miss that. Thanks a lot for the stay!

Best part was Katut. The maid and cook. Kept the place spotless, did the laundry. An excellent cook. Worst thing was Sunday was her day off. A bit far from shopping and restaurants but for 200K you get a driver to take you around. Excellent scuba diving and great land tour.

We had a two week stay and it was everything plus more than we expected. Every morning is special with the spectacular views from the table as you eat breakfast. William the host was very helpful with place to visit and restaurants for our family of four. The staff really make this stay the most amazing trip we have ever had. Ketut looks after everything inside. Her cooking is out of this world. No matter what we asked for it was a 10/10. Both my daughters adored Ketut and wanted her to come home with us. Gede looks after the gardens and pool. I looked forward to his arrival every morning as I would be having a coffee. He kept the property looking pristine all the time. Ketut and Gede both helped us all the time with learning to speak Indonesian which was fun and also funny for everyone. Without a doubt we will endeavour to return in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this stay for anyone.

On the back side of the property is a fish pond , with some beautiful koi fishes.

Villa Bayu is also host for a very friendly local dog named “Snoopy”, who loves to see guests around and is taking great pride to guard the property. Our staff is taking care for his daily needs.

The Villa is built on a 1200 m² level land plot and provides approx. 240 m² of living size. The big living area offers approx. 60 m² of space and all bedrooms are fitted with 2PK air condition units.

Villa Bayu is equipped with a TV (international channels via dish antenna) and FREE WIFI Internet on the property areal.

An indoor and a semi equipped outdoor kitchen are available in the villa; on request our staff will cook your meals in the outdoor to avoid cooking/kitchen smell in the main house.

The housemaid of Villa Bayu is working 6 days a week and is responsible for keeping the house and rooms clean, but will also cook meals for our guests if requested.

The gardener is keeping the pool clean and takes also good care of the beautiful tropical garden.

We stayed in Villa Bayu for 12 nights last December… and were very happy. A clean, spacious, and charmingly decorated 2 bedroom villa in a quiet area not far from the central Lovina which is correctly presented by the photos on google and the booking sites. The villa has a big pool with a set of in-pool tables. We really love its beautifully well maintained spacious garden with some paths and a Koi pond. The gardener Pak Ketut who keeps the swimming pool and garden spotless everyday, often invited us to join him feeding the Koi in the afternoon. It was very nice and lovely. North Bali Seafront Villa – Services

The villa has an experienced staff. The staff works 7 hours a day from Monday to Saturday and takes care of the household, maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.
If desired, the staff can arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course you can also cook yourself or go out for dinner in the area.
If you want the staff to cook for you, this service is included, you only pay the groceries and a small fee for petrol. A tip at the end of the stay is of course appreciated by them.
We are happy to arrange transportation, scooters, massage, dolphin tours and day trips for you.
We can arrange an airport transfer for you, either to the villa or back to the airport or your next destination in Bali.

Beach, sea and dolphins
The beach consists of dark lava sand . The area around Lovina is known for its dolphins, of course we can arrange a trip to join a local fisherman in his boat early in the morning to spot dolphins.

North Bali Seafront Villa – Surroundings
The villa is located among rice fields and vineyards in Lokapaksa, a few minutes from Seririt where you can also do your shopping. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity, which are also happy to pick you up if you want to have lunch or dinner there. Lovina is about a 20 minute drive, on the way there you will find many restaurants, a water park and a Krisna amusement park. In Lovina you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and spas.
