On the ground floor of Villa Angel you will find a large open plan kitchen/dining area, living room with flat screen TV and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Sliding glass doors lead to the pool sundeck with sun loungers and the pool bar building which has a spacious balcony with views and seating. The pool bar is equipped with a small kitchenette and fridge for cold drinks.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom (king size bed 200 x 200) with its own en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower unit. One bedroom has a king size bed (200 x 180) and the other has 2 single beds (200 x 120).

From the hallway on the first floor, French doors lead out onto a balcony with a table, chairs and sunshade.

Villa Ramah Tamah is a small cozy Bali oceanfront Villa with thatched roof  located seaside at Lokapaksa ( North Bali ). The house is hidden in a lush tropical garden and built on a plot from 10 are .

It provides 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is an “open bedroom “ with en-suite and “open bathroom” . It is not open air , but both has no doors and no ceilings. So a direct view to the thatched roof construction. 

In the master bedroom is no aircondition available – but the other smaller bedroom is fitted with a aircon.  The 2 bedrooms are sharing together 1 bathroom. Also there is an extra toilet  and laundry space .

This villa is suitable for 2 persons, or for a small family with max 2 kids.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave.

Directly in front of the large terrace and spacious outdoor lounge, you can enter via user friendly steps the 6 x 3 meter rectangle shaped private pool of Villa Ramah Tamah.

 In the center of Villa Ramah Tamah’s land plot runs a small river – on 1 side is the villa with the big garden and pool located and on the other side there is a Gym provided.  

From here you may have  a stroll through the garden and will reach a gazebo with a lounge set providing a breathtaking view over the beach towards the Bali Sea – this is truly a wonderful place to chill and relax.

The rental rate includes also the staff of the villa , The housemaid takes care of cleaning and cooking on request. For cooking service guest have to pay only for the groceries.

The gardener will care of pool maintenance and the garden work.

The villa provides free internet.

Housemaid and cook is available! The staff is included in the rental rate and offer its services for breakfast, lunch and dinner without extra charge. Also our housemaid will do the shopping for your special needs on request.

Villa Surgawi is built on 10 are beachfront land, with a living size of approx. 140 m², (terrace is about 30 m2, pool size 12 x 6 meter, bedrooms are 4 x 4 meter and the bathroom are 2 x 4 meter) . The Villa offers free wifi-internet and TV . Our guests have access to every room inside the villa.

On the plot are some rooms closed for guests like pump rooms, and storage places. We have a guest house on the ground available for 2 additional guests on special request. If you need some help during your stay in the villa, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff. Our staff will be glad to assist you to arrange sightseeing tours and much more.

For more complicated problems, the villa owner is available and lives close by in Lovina. The villa is located in Dencarik, this is about 7 km west of Lovina and within walking distance there is a new Beach Club ( La Costa ), which is open daily and serves lunch and dinner with a spectacular ocean view and spectacular sunsets in the late afternoon.

Close by there is “Krisna oleh oleh” the first stop in North Bali to find all kinds of special local souvenirs.

On the other side from the street you have  2 more restaurants – Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant & Baturiti Restaurant.

On the main street you can take a local Bemo, (public transport ). Taxis are not available in the North of Bali. But we also can assist / organize to rent a motorbike (scooter) or car on request (with or without driver).

The villa is built with sustainable and locally produced materials. The roof of the villa is made of natural reed and the stones come from a local quarry. The design of the villa, with the high roof and the used stones, ensure that it is always nice and cool inside. The staff of Villa Banjar Beach is present 6 days a week and the security 7 days a week. They maintain the villa, the garden and if you wish, they can also cook, wash, iron and do small grocery shopping. You can choose what delicious local and western dishes you would like. In short, you will be completely pampered! Tip, ask the staff if you can join them to the local market! Of course you can also choose to cook yourself, all equipment and inventory is in the house.

In addition, we are affiliated to an international helpdesk that helps you with all your questions. You can contact them to rent a car or scooter, to plan trips or to make an appointment for a massage at home. There is also an information folder in the house with all the sights and activities.

The location of  the Villa

The private villa is located on a 10-minute drive from Lovina Beach, the most famous seaside town in the north of Bali. Lovina is a wonderful destination for a beach holiday during your Bali holiday. It is also a fantastic base to discover the north of Bali. The glistening black sand with traditional fishing boats make Lovina beach very special.

Many travellers choose Lovina because you can still experience the authentic Balinese culture here. The locals will give you a very warm welcome because culture, nature and peace are the key words here.

Rental Pricing

The cuirrent rental rates of Villa Banjar Beach include (a.o.) staff service (housekeeping, gardener and security), tourist tax (10%), WIFI, (final) cleaning, several cooled drinks, cooled drinking water, gas, linen and (bath- )towels.

We offer a free welcome package (dinner on the first night and breakfast in the first morning) for bookings longer than 7 days (1 week).

Reservations, payments and practical information

We offer free cancellations up until 4 weeks before arrival, with a full refund of all your payments under this booking. If you want to cancel or change the dates of your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to rent the villa to other guests. Additionally, if there are Covid-19 travel restrictions, we will less strict with this deadline. We also advise you make use of a travel and cancellation insurance.

If you are interested in booking with us, it is possible to get an option on the villa. After agreement, we kindly request a deposit of 40% of the total rent within 2 weeks. After the first payment, the booking is final and we ask you to pay the remaining amount (+ the deposit of € 150) at least 1 month before arrival. You will receive the deposit back within 2 weeks after departure from the villa.

Beach villa Sungai Raja is our dream villa, step into our dream when we are not there. It is a contemporary Balinese villa with many traditional elements.

As soon as you enter the villa through the Balinese gate and the stepping stones of the lotus pond, a warm blanket of hospitality and luxury unfolds.

The villa is comfortably furnished in combination with authentic elements and in a very open style so that inside and outside flow seamlessly into each other in this tropical climate where life mainly takes place outside.

The large villa is partly covered terrace is adjacent to the swimming pool with sun beds, a lounge area and dining table. The villa is located in North Bali on the beach, a place to relax surrounded by nature and culture.

North Bali Seaside Villa This luxury beach villa can accommodate up to 8 people, you rent this holiday home including staff. The staff of Villa Sungai Raja is at your service 6 days a week to ensure an unforgettable holiday.

Our cook Gusti will cook for you based on the menu card available in the villa, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Villa Sungai Raja does not have the facilities of a restaurant. It is not possible to cook a meal for each individual.

Of course it is no problem to cook 2 or 3 dishes in one meal, in consultation with our cook. All this is included in the price, (except for groceries, which are for your own account),

On the 1950 m2 plot of land, you find a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with large swimming pool.  A maximum occupancy of 8 persons is available at North Bali Seaside Villa Sungai Raya.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms downstairs with fan and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

In addition, bedroom 4 you find on the first floor with balcony,you can sleep particularly romantically in a 2-person modern Balinese bed.

Also here is a private bathroom with toilet and shower. All bedrooms have a safe for storing your valuables.

North Bali Seaside Villa Sungai Raja – Fantastic location, right on the beach of Bali

The Brongbong fishermen have their boats close by on the beach; when you get up early you can see them in their traditional fishing boats with floats.

Often on Sunday afternoons around 4 pm, families of Dessa Brongbong and their children drop onto the beach for their weekly swim and bath.

It is a beautiful spectacle from the balcony or a good opportunity to start a conversation with the talkative Balinese.

The entire plot of our holiday home is fenced, with direct access to the beach on the beach side.

On the street side is a large sliding gate that provides access to the villa with its own parking space.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a safe and large closets where you can store your belongings.

Our staff greatly appreciates it if you store your belongings in the designated cupboards, so that cleaning can be easier.

On the first floor (loft) with balcony, you can sleep very romantically in a 2-person modern Balinese bed.

You have in this luxury beach villa six days a week personnel at your service, our staff  will cook, wash and clean for you.

If desired, they will also do the grocery shopping for you (at your own cost, but groceries are very cheap). The swimming pool and the garden will also be kept by our staff for six days a week

The beach villa has its own security post which has a guard in the evening and at night so you can enjoy a safe and undisturbed night’s rest.

Transfers / daytrips in Bali

Make day trips with our own drivers. If desired, we can send a driver(s) to pick you up at the airport and take you to the villa. (pick up service) The drive to the villa takes about 2,5-3 hours.

The Belvedere has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an additional guest toilet. The master-bedroom is on the ground floor in the main Villa, with a en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing closet.

The second floor from the main villa consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom & toilet. This 2 bedrooms are connected to the large balcony with great ocean view.

Bedroom 4 and 5 have also their own bathroom , they are located in separate buildings, 1 is on top of the staff house, and 1 is on top of the garage . This last 2 bedrooms can be used if the villa is rented to more than 6 people .

Both bedrooms has a balcony , and it is built from wood .

This beautiful home has a big living lounge with a comfortable sofa & TV, a  fully equipped kitchen , a large and spacious terrace of 70 m², with a large dining table and a lounge set.

The Pool size is 12 x 6 meter, and the pool deck has 4 comfortable sunbeds, parasols ,with an additional lounge set. At the beach side there is a Bale Bengong ( gazebo) for relaxing and watching the daily spectacular North Bali sunsets. The villa has also a small gym , with some new equipment ( renewed in 2022) , so if you want to do some exercise during your holiday it is possible in Villa Belvedere

North Bali beachfront VillaIf you wish, the  staff will prepare daily your breakfast/ lunch and/or dinner. We have 1 housemaid who is responsible for the daily cleaning of the main villa .

With an occupation from 4 or more people we will ask an extra staff to help her.

Also we  have 2 gardeners who taking care for the garden , and are also in charge to maintain the pool. At night times there is a security guard with a dog patrolling the property ground.

Don’t worry it is a very friendly dog , on the day time he will be not in the villa, he will come later in the afternoon , The staff will give him some food . If you pet him and he like , he will come to the terrace to have a look , sometimes he will have a nap in the living .

It has also an extra guest toilet, Kitchen/living area with air conditioner, Tv , Wifi, telephone on back side there is also a laundry place, please ask our staff about it. If staying 1 week or more, you can use the machine , for shorter stay, the staff can bring your laundry to a laundry service , located next to Toko Made, about 300 mtr from the villa Our staff is working few hours only in the morning time.   Our housemaid of the villa can make your breakfast and will cleaning the villa. The rest off the day, you can enjoy your privacy. The villa is close enough to centrum, so easy to go out for lunch or dinner. Also possible of course to cook by your self. Or we have also a delivery service …lets make it easy… Some restaurants and warnings doing delivery , maybe if you interesting in it , install the app from Gojek or Grab on your phone . Even they will bring it from Singaraja area.
