A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is requested via bank transfer to confirm your requested rental reservation. Rest payment is due 4 weeks prior arrival upon check-in!

- Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival 50%
- Up to 5 weeks before arrival 60%
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival 70%
- Up to 3 weeks prior to arrival 80%
- Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival or “No Show” 100%
- Check-in time 2 pm (early check-in depends on availability
- Check-out time 11 am ( extended stay depends on availability)
- Airport pick up: any time (day and night) 50 US$ one way – max. 5 persons (incl. luggage) occupancy per car!
- NO animals allowed & NO smoking inside the entire property!
