Villa Costa is a spacious townhouse in the Lovina area. The house has a overall floor area of ​​260 m², and is built on a plot of 600 m².

The place is located within walking distance of the famous Lovina Beach (600 meters) or a 2 minute drive along numerous restaurants, bars, local food Warungs and shops.

Also only a 5 minute car drive to the Pepito supermarket. It is nice place to use it as a base to explore North Bali , or just for relax . Best way to explore the area is tase a motorbike, but if you are not familiar with it , better hire a driver with a car .

Traffic can be busy sometimes . Lovina is famous about his dolphins of course, but there is a lot more to see and to do . From watersport, diving , snorkeling ,  till visit some nice temples, waterfalls maybe some tracking in the rice fields and have a lunch with the local people …

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – You will find on some places here still the authentic Bali , it is not over crowed like in the south from Bali, or in Ubud .

Enjoy the view over the green fields with the Bali sea in the background. It is a modern villa with some Balinese influences here and there.

On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water. You will also find a large living room, with a big sofa , a dinner table  and a big TV,  with an adjoining large and open fully equipped western style kitchen. All bedrooms have airco’s

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with a balcony located. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you will have a nice view over the green field and on the back ground the Bali Sea .

The property has several TVs, each with its own DVD player located in several bedrooms and the living area.

North Bali Lovina Villa Costa – The pool size is 8 x 4 meters – with various sun beds on the pool deck. At the backside of the garden is a small covered bar with a dining area and a BBQ grill. Nice to prepare your dinner outside, while the children enjoying the pool , enjoy the “outside living ” , the temperature will be always nice , even in the rain season it will be warm enough.

Outside you will find  2 gazebos, a spacious parking space for 2 or 3 cars and at the rear end of the kitchen a laundry room with the washing machine.

There is a possibility to Rent Villa Costa including staff. Normally, it will be cleaned 2 or 3 times a week, but the cleaning schedule can be negotiated for privacy reasons if requested.

But also possible to have full time staff , so they can keep the villa clean , and cook for you if you like it . But you can also cook by yourself of course, or vist 1 off the local warnings or restaurants . On walk distance you will find a few restaurants direct on the beach

The gardener is coming 3 times a week to maintain the pool and garden.
